best level and win matches - day in and day out...
Dear
fellow tennis player,
We've all heard time and time again that mental
toughness is one of the keys to becoming a better tennis
player.
Experts say that at the pro level, only 15-20% of the
outcome of a tennis match is due to the physical and
technical skills of a player... and over 80-85% due to
the mental toughness of each player.
But today, I'm not here to preach you the benefits of a
good tennis mental game.
Or should I say, I'm not here to only preach you
the benefits of having a good tennis mental game.
Because if you've arrived on my site, you already know
that having a good tennis mental toughness plays a huge part in the
outcome of any match, and on your improvement as a
tennis player.
Today, I'd like to talk to you about something deeper
and more special.
I'd like to talk to you about the secret tennis
mental game and strategy that professional tennis players - players
like Roger FEDERER, Rafael NADAL, Novak DJOKOVIC, and
Tommy ROBREDO use each and every day of their career to
beat and crush their opponents time and time again.
But before I do that, I think it's important for you to
know who I am and what I've done as a tennis player.
Who Am I,
and How Can I Help You?
My name is Matthias Mazur, I come from the tiny country of
Switzerland, hidden in the middle of Europe. Thanks to
Roger, our country has become more and more talked-about
in the last couple of years.
Throughout my life, I've had the chance of practicing,
playing friendly and official matches, eat, talk, chat
and share ideas with some of the best and most respected
tennis players in the world.
How I
Played Against Roger, Rafa, Novak and Tommy -
4
Players In The Current Top-10 World Rankings...
Roger FEDERER, # 1
Rafael NADAL, # 2
Novak Djokovic, #
3
Tommy ROBREDO,
# 4
In fact, I've actually played with and
competed
against 4 of the top 10 players on the ATP Tour.
I've practiced numerous times with Roger FEDERER himself
a couple of years back, while I was training at the
Swiss National Tennis Centre. And by god is he
impressive - and a very nice person as well.
I've played against the King Of Clay and current World
Nr. 2 - Rafael NADAL - when Switzerland played against
Spain in the European Tennis Championships.
And I also played against Novak DJOKOVIC (currently
ranked World Nr. 3) in an international junior
tournament a couple of years back.
In December 2006, I had the chance of competing against
Spain's Tommy ROBREDO, in an friendly exhibition in
Belgium.
Here's one of the videos that was shot during
our match, and a couple of different pictures of that
event...
A small footage of my match against Tommy ROBREDO (World Nr. 6
in 2007, currently
Nr. 10).
End-of-match handshake with Tommy ROBREDO from
Spain (World Nr. 10).
Changing ends.

CLEMENT (from France - CLEMENT was ranked in the
top 10 players in the world), Me and Kristof
VLIEGEN (World Nr. 32 in 2007)
But
that's not all...
I've
also played with numerous other top-ranked tennis
professionals such as Stanislas WAWRINKA, Michael LAMMER,
Yves ALLEGRO (doubles specialist) and George BASTL - all
of them are or have been part of the Swiss National
Davis Cup Team.

George BASTL
Also
met and trained with Arnaud CLEMENT (on the picture
below), and played 3
official doubles matches (even managed to win 1 of
those) against Gael MONFILS from France - with whom I
got along well during our junior tennis years.
Arnaud CLEMENT,
former
World
Nr. 10
Gael MONFILS, ATP

Olivier ROCHUS, ATP
#35
Chris ROCHUS,

Kristof VLIEGEN,

Steve DARCIS,

I've
also practiced and sometimes played friendly matches
with Olivier ROCHUS, Christophe ROCHUS, Kristof VLIEGEN,
and Steve DARCIS - all from Belgium.
Plus,
I've had the enormous fortune of training with many
world-class coaches and fitness trainers such as:
Peter
Lundgren (coached Roger Federer for years, and also
Marat Safin)
Pierre Paganini (Roger Federer's physical trainer)
Georges Deniau (legendary French coach - worked with
many top 10 players)
Zoltan Kuharsky (coached Ana Ivanovic, currently ranked
World Nr. 4 on the Women's Tour)
Severin Lüthi (Captain of the Swiss National Davis Cup
Team)
Jean-Luc Fontanot (worked with Benjamin Becker, ranked
World Nr. 49 in 2007)
Philippe Dehaes (coached the Belgian National Davis Cup
Team, and several top 100 players)
Yohann Potron (ex-pro French tennis player, turned coach
- and one of the very best people I've ever met)
and
many others.
I'm not
telling you all this to brag. I'm simply PROVING you
